As an expat, we found it very difficult to buy a house here in the Netherlands. Our main concern is about the process and we can be cheated because we are expats and don't speak Dutch yet :) But Jelmer Bode (Adelmar Makelaardij) helped us as we want, he is transparent, always flexible, punctual and has a very good market knowledge, who can negotiate well, the most important thing about him is that he knows people, so the work will be done quickly and easily. He also works with your budget, most of them don't, we really appreciate his commitment. I still remember his words during our first conversation "show me 5 houses of your taste and budget, I will definitely make you the owner of 1" and he made it.
